3 rd October 2020

Argon Capital Advisors has successfully closed a fund raising transaction of USD 205,000/- (INR 1.5 Crore) for a heavy engineering company in just a week’s time through structured finance route. In structured finance – depending on the nature of the business, financials, business model, and liquidity needs – the alternative solutions for funding could be many. This is one of the most important differentiators of Argon where it has an ingrained capability to sense the best suited requirement for its clients and accordingly craft the solution framework.

“Congratulations Argonites for leaving no stone unturned. More than the amount, it’s the timeframe that matters the most because it allows the businesses to have finances/liquidity just when they needed. Also, there’s no limit – minimum and Maximum cap – on the amount to be raised through the structured finance route”, said Avijit Banerjee, CEO & Managing Director, Argon Capital Advisors.

Companies that would like to seek Argon’s help with their funding need should send in their proposal/requirement to info@argoncapitaladvisors.com that should contain company profile and audited financials (including provisional figures, if applicable).
